Enrolments

We would love to meet you and show you what our school has to offer.  You are welcome to contact the school at any time for an enrolment package for St Joseph's Primary School. Enrolment is upon the understanding that the child's parents must agree to actively support the school philosophy and practices and all students must participate in the school's Religious Education program. We encourage you to book a tour with the Principal (02 6343 1514).

To complete the application form, you will need to upload the following information. Original documents will need to be presented at the time of interview.

  • Birth certificate (not commemorative) or passport.
  • Certificate of Baptism (if applicable).
  • Student’s immunisation records.
  • Family Law, Personal Protection Order or Other Relevant Court Orders (if applicable).
  • Last report from previous school (not applicable for Kindergarten enrolments).
  • Visa grant notice for permanent and temporary visa-holders (if applicable) – for both student and parent(s) / legal guardian(s), including passport copies of parents.
  • Any medical reports and/or other assessment reports for students with additional learning needs (if applicable).

Submission of an application does not guarantee a place in your school of choice.

Some NSW schools may charge a nominal application fee.

AFTER SUBMISSION

The school will be in contact with you to discuss your application. If an offer of place is provided, parents/legal guardians will be required to sign a statement of obligation.

These dates do not include any pupil free days.  The school will advise via the newsletter any pupil free days in 2021.

Schedule of Fees

Families who attend St Joseph's School are asked to make a financial contribution towards the education of their children, provision of teaching and learning resources and the general operational coats of the school. The fees consist of a tuition fee that is set by Catholic Education and is renumerated to them to pay wages. Other fees are collected and used at the school for resources and operating costs. In 2018 fees are:

NB Family Fees are the same regardless of the number of children in a family. Annual fees are debited in Term 1.

Every family who wishes for their children to have a Catholic education are welcome at St Joseph's Primary School. Inability to pay fees should not be a deterent. Payment options are available to assist families to meet financial obligations.

ENROLMENT AT HENNESSY CATHOLIC COLLEGE - YOUNG

Families who have children at St Joseph's Primary School Grenfell and Hennessy Catholic College Young are entitled to an automatic 50% fee remission.
